Entry to The Grand House venue is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and over, in accordance with applicable New South Wales law. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required at the door. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to verify their age.
The Grand House maintains a smart-casual to formal dress code across all areas of the venue. We ask that all guests:

The Grand House is committed to the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW). Our staff are trained to identify signs of intoxication and may refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated or unduly affected. We do not serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
We encourage all guests to drink responsibly and to arrange safe transport to and from the venue. Our concierge team is happy to assist with taxi or rideshare bookings.
For the safety and security of all guests and staff, The Grand House reserves the right to conduct bag searches upon entry. CCTV surveillance operates continuously throughout the venue and its surrounds. Footage may be provided to law enforcement authorities if required.
The following items are prohibited on the premises: weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed by security to pose a risk to others.
Reservations for events, private dining, and VIP experiences are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from The Grand House. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events at our discretion; in such cases, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice.

Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted in general areas of the venue. Photography or recording of other guests without their consent is strictly prohibited. Commercial photography, filming, or media activities require prior written approval from management.
